Water Tower
Commissioned by Theatre Projects Manitoba
about work
Water Tower (2021) is a quadtych that captures the Selkirk Water Tower under construction to show the industrial nature of modern day living spaces and the disconnect between people and the land. She distorts our view of reality and gives contrasting perspectives to provide an awareness to water insecurities.
This project is produced by Theatre Projects Manitoba. It was created on Treaty 1 Territory and on the homeland of the Métis Nation. The artist is grateful to the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene Peoples for their traditional stewardship of this land.
